Ready-to-ship orders are produced and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Personalized orders take 7–10 business days for production, since each custom sign is crafted from scratch. Transit time to your door depends on your location — usually 2–5 business days within Canada, and 3–7 business days to the US.
We ship to Canada and the United States. International orders aren’t available yet, but we’re working on it — drop us an email and we’ll let you know when your country opens up.
Yes — free standard shipping on orders $75 CAD or more within Canada and the US.
Each Mini Club shelf ships in its own cozy gift box — branded, padded, and ready to give. No additional gift wrapping needed (unless you want to add a bow on top).
Because each shelf is hand-finished and styled in small batches, we don’t accept standard returns. We will happily replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or defective.
Personalized orders (custom name or word) are final sale — they can’t be resold, so we can’t restock them. Please double-check spelling before placing your order.
Email us at hello@miniclubshop.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
Yes — and it’s the move. You can swap one of the signs in your shelf (TEA TIME, ICONIC, CREATE, GOALS, KAWAII CUTE, or SHELFIE) with a custom name, nickname, or word.
Up to 10 characters works best (letters and numbers). Longer words won’t fit cleanly inside the sign.
An additional $10 CAD for the custom sign.
Each shelf is 3D-printed in PLA bioplastic — a plant-based material made from corn and sugarcane. It’s non-toxic, biodegradable (in industrial composting), and durable enough to live on a shelf for years. The miniature items inside are a mix of PLA and styled finishes, all hand-assembled in our studio.
Yes for kids ages 6 and up. Small parts mean Mini Club shelves aren’t recommended for children under 3 (choking hazard). They’re designed to be displayed, not chewed on.
Wipe gently with a dry microfibre cloth. Avoid water and high heat (PLA softens above 70°C / 158°F) — keep your shelf out of direct sunlight, dishwashers, and away from hot lamps.

Yes — it’s actually what we built it for. Each shelf is a one-of-a-kind, hand-styled miniature world, packaged in a giftable box. The kind of present a tween actually keeps on her shelf for years instead of tossing in a drawer.
The sweet spot is ages 8–14 — old enough to appreciate the detail, young enough to be obsessed with miniatures, kawaii, and aesthetic bedroom decor. Many of our buyers are also adult collectors who love displaying them at their desks.
Yes — just enter the recipient’s address at checkout. We don’t include a paper invoice in the package, and the shelf arrives in its branded gift box ready to give.
Absolutely. Add your gift message in the order notes at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten card in the box.
